Corrections and feedback
If a page appears inaccurate or outdated, send the URL and the specific statement to al@giardinolaw.com. Include a primary source or a brief explanation where possible; do not send private case records to support a website correction.
What helps us check a report
- The page address and heading.
- The sentence, figure or link in question.
- The relevant date or accident-date issue.
- A court, government or regulator source where available.
September 27, 2026 content corrections
This release removes unsupported settlement bands and lawyer-uplift multipliers, clarifies that HCM is a referral service, and aligns inquiries with the current contact flow.
The workplace page now explains that third-party actions require a WCB-specific assessment. Section B and uninsured-driver guidance no longer portray MVAC as automatically covering inadequate insurance. Mental-injury information no longer requires a specified psychiatric diagnosis as the only legal route.
The legacy lawyer-questions page has been replaced with an Alberta hiring checklist. Unrelated template content, placeholder testimonials and the obsolete form have been removed.
How a correction is recorded
A material correction should be explained on the affected page. A corrected page retains its useful address where possible. We do not promise a fixed acknowledgment or decision time on this page. If your own matter is urgent, contact a lawyer directly rather than waiting for a website correction.
